Tuesday, August 25 – Welcome Back, Jack BBQ!

Let’s kick off this Academic Year together with Welcome Back, Jack BBQ! in Healy Lawn on Tuesday, August 25th! The GWOW team will be giving away the iconic Welcome Back, Jack t-shirts. We hope you join us for good food, t-shirts, and lawn games to celebrate the new school year!
Friday, August 28 – Hoya Relaxa (Goat Yoga)

Join these peaceful creatures on Copley Lawn, where we will be doing yoga together and learning about on-campus health services!
Saturday, August 29 – CAB Fair
11:00 AM-2:00 PM | Healy & Copley Lawns
The Council of Advisory Board (CAB) will be hosting the student organization fair also known as CAB Fair to showcase all the organizations that new students could become a member of by signing up and hearing from student organization members and student leaders.
Friday, September 4 – Carnival & Picnic
5:00-7:30 PM | Copley Lawn
Make new friends while playing field games or eating and chatting on picnic blankets. You can also get free t-shirts from Hoya Tees! There will also be a balloon toss with prizes and free popcorn and cotton candy from yours truly, the Georgetown Program Board.
Saturday, September 5 – Casino Night
8:00-10:00 PM | HFSC Great Room
Did all your World Cup bets go bust? Feel the dopamine rush while staying responsible by playing casino games with your peers! Get competitive and awaken your inner battle champion.
Friday, September 11 – Board Games & Boba
7:00-9:00 PM | HFSC Great Room
Your community at Georgetown is like tapioca pearls—it never stops growing. Sip on some boba and get to know your peers while you play a variety of games in small groups.
Saturday, September 12 – THE BIG HUNT
9:30 AM-7:00 PM | Meet in HFSC Great Room
Want to win an Owala water bottle or tickets to a Georgetown Basketball game (this will be our year)? Become the next Jalen Brunson with an over-the-door basketball hoop! Join in this multi-location-wide group scavenger hunt and win prizes to light up your first year at Georgetown.
